Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Conditions
   All arrangements are made subject to the following terms and conditions. Signature on the booking form by the client, or client's representative, is confirmation that the client accepts and agrees to be bound by these conditions. It is the responsibility of the client to book and pay for any airfares.
2. Booking
   The Villa can be booked for a maximum of 12 guests. The rates shown are for 8 or 12 guests. There is a booking minumum of 3 nights in the low season, and 1 week in the high season. Please refer to the bookings page for prices.
3. Confirmation and Payment
   A non-refundable deposit of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) is due at the initial time of booking the villa. The balance will be due 6 weeks before the holiday commences. Payment instructions will be given at the time of booking.
4. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking. There will be no contract until the deposit and signed booking form has been received.
5. A returnable cheque of £500 will be required to be lodged with the owners to cover any damage or breakages.
6. Insurance
   The client must take out their own insurance as the villa owner does not accept liability for any loss or damage, personal or otherwise. It is a condition that when the booking is confirmed the client will take out, or already have, insurance cover for travel, personal accident and baggage insurance.

   The descriptions and information are given in good faith and are based on the latest information available.
